I'm so happy you are here. Now that you found this community, you don’t have to navigate perimenopause and menopause alone. I'm here to support every woman, trans and non-binary person going through menopause.

As much as we’d all like perimenopause and menopause to be positive transitions, challenges like sleep disturbances, hot flashes, fatigue brought on by hormonal fluctuations can make it difficult to embrace this journey.​

 

But help is available through community and yoga practice. You need supportive networks for you to be your best self at this stage of life. Join the practice of Menopause Yoga to reconnect to yourself.
